At Neem, we strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase; if you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
